Dr. Kiersten Sippio is a Texas-licensed neuropsychologist whose work centers on understanding how a young person’s brain actually works, and building a plan around that. She completed her doctorate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has spent her career in neuropsychological assessment, from a pre-doctoral fellowship where she completed more than fifty comprehensive evaluations to years of testing children, teens, and adults across pediatric and outpatient settings.
She works with kids, teens, and adults, with a particular love for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia or reading disorders. Alongside assessment, she supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, executive functioning challenges, burnout, self-esteem, identity, and the big and small transitions life hands people.
Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and practical. She is less interested in labels for their own sake and more in helping a client understand themselves clearly. Assessment is a real strength of hers, and she uses it the way it is meant to be used: to answer the actual question in front of a family and point treatment in the right direction.
