Tara McGowan

Tara McGowan is the Clinic Manager at Little Dove Psychology. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida.

Before joining Little Dove, Tara worked in healthcare coordinating services for patients and supporting the operations behind their care. That work gave her a close view of what helps care run smoothly: clear communication, careful follow-through, and a steady point of contact for families and providers alike.

Her social work training shapes how she approaches every family who reaches out. She understands that asking for help can be a big step, and she brings that perspective, along with her operations experience, to supporting our families and clinicians.
