AUSTIN, Texas, October 9, 2026: Little Dove Psychology, a virtual group psychology practice based in Austin, offers online ADHD, autism, and combined ADHD and autism evaluations for adults through age 55 anywhere in Texas. A combined adult ADHD and autism evaluation is $2,500 self-pay, and an ADHD or autism evaluation on its own is $1,750, with nothing billed hourly on top. The practice is also in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, and Oscar Health for psychological testing.
Evaluations are completed by secure video with a Texas-licensed neuropsychologist and are typically scheduled within one week of a first call, with evening and weekend options. Each evaluation includes a diagnostic interview, developmental history, rating scales from the client and someone who knows them well, autism-specific interviews and a structured observation, objective attention and executive function testing, a written report, and a live feedback session. Adults can also be evaluated for dyslexia and reading difficulties.
Many adults who seek an evaluation were not identified in childhood, often because they worked hard to keep up and managed well enough that no one asked. The question tends to surface later, in college, in a demanding job, or when their own child is evaluated and the description sounds familiar.
“Adults come to us after years of wondering whether it's ADHD, autism, or both, and many have already been told they seem too capable to have either,” said Kristin Kroll, PhD, founder of Little Dove Psychology. “A combined evaluation answers both questions in one place, from home, at a price you know before you start.”
Little Dove Psychology is upfront about what a virtual evaluation can include. ADHD and autism can be assessed well by video. A Full Scale IQ and learning-disorder testing in written expression and math require in-person testing, and the free consultation covers what each evaluation will and will not include before anything is scheduled.
Every evaluation begins with a free 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Kroll. Clients must be located in Texas at each appointment, because psychological testing requires Texas licensure. Evaluations are HSA and FSA eligible, and the practice does not accept Medicaid or CHIP. Details are on the adult ADHD and autism evaluation page and the fees and insurance page.
